Charleston Delphinium Delivery

The service was outstanding

I had a wonderful experience sending flowers through Keepsakes Florist! The actual arrangement looked just like what was featured on the website. Simply beautiful. I had to change the delivery date and when I called, the woman I spoke with was so kind and easy going about it. I wish they were a shop where I live. I would definitely use them a lot!

I am so happy with Keepsakes Florist. I chose the “Blue Skies Over Charleston” premium arrangement and it was gorgeous. They sent me a picture of the actual arrangement they made, told me when it was out for delivery & sent me confirmation that it was delivered to the recipient. 5 star experience & I would be happy to order through them again. I found them to be a little pricier than other florists in the area but they are 100% worth the extra cost.

Absolutely the best customer service and delivery during a difficult time when ordering from out of state. Thank you to the owner!

Thank you! I ordered these flowers for a coworker that had a death in the family. He sent me a picture of them and they were breathtakingly beautiful.

Great communication; prompt delivery; excellent customer service

The most beautiful arrangement and delivered as expected. I love getting the picture of what was sent. Excellent customer service!

The arrangement was delivered on time and was beautiful, however, not all the names that we needed on the FROM: card, made it onto the card. This is a very important detail and I had to call the funeral home and ask them to add it manually. I also now have to follow up with the recipient(s) and let them know who participated in the condolences.

Florist's Response:

Barbara, I looked at the order and there must have been some names cut off before I received it online. I put all the names I saw on the order on the card. I hand wrote it in duplicate. I apologize if there was a problem. You should have gotten a copy of the order when we processed it. If you ever see anything we need to update, please give us a call and we are happy to fix it.

Delivered on time and promptly. Easy to order online. Excellent service. Thank You.

Beautiful arrangement thank you very much!!

Excellent service and arrangement!
