Keepsakes Florist is a keeper and a local gem in the Charleston area. They created a beautiful, vibrant fall arrangement for me, and it is stunning. They kept me informed throughout the process, including when the arrangement was delivered. The quality and service are excellent. Highly recommend.

I have been using Keepsake Florist for many years and once again was delighted with the bouquet and delivery. I live in Nebraska and love that they send me a picture of the bouquet and let me know when it has been delivered. Amazing customer service.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability. As always, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If there is a problem, please call us and we will make it right if at all possible!
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. We also offer exchanges — please contact us to arrange your return or exchange.
