The basket was a lovely arrangement however some of the flowers, not all, began to wilt. Reached out to Florist and spoke with Karen. She did a fabulous job of fixing me up another beautiful arrangement that turned out great. I have done business with this florist in the past and have not been disappointed with the quality of flowers. If so, let them know and they will make it right.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability. As always, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If there is a problem, please call us and we will make it right if at all possible!
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. We also offer exchanges — please contact us to arrange your return or exchange.
