The arrangement was delivered on time and was beautiful, however, not all the names that we needed on the FROM: card, made it onto the card. This is a very important detail and I had to call the funeral home and ask them to add it manually. I also now have to follow up with the recipient(s) and let them know who participated in the condolences.

Barbara, I looked at the order and there must have been some names cut off before I received it online. I put all the names I saw on the order on the card. I hand wrote it in duplicate. I apologize if there was a problem. You should have gotten a copy of the order when we processed it. If you ever see anything we need to update, please give us a call and we are happy to fix it.
