Charleston Halloween Flower Delivery

Keepsakes Florist provides excellent service every step of the way! I stumbled across their charming storefront when visiting Charleston and knew that they would be my go to area florist in the future. I just placed an order from my home in the upstate for a local delivery down there and was impressed with their detailed follow up communication, prompt and accurate order fulfillment and all around professionalism. I will always use Keepsakes Florist whenever I order flowers for a Charleston delivery.

This is the only time I have EVER been sent a photo of a completed arrangement or been notified of the delivery. I am very pleased. Even though we reside in TN, I have recommended you on FB to all my friends.

I had a wonderful experience sending flowers through Keepsakes Florist! The actual arrangement looked just like what was featured on the website. Simply beautiful. I had to change the delivery date and when I called, the woman I spoke with was so kind and easy going about it. I wish they were a shop where I live. I would definitely use them a lot!

I am so happy with Keepsakes Florist. I chose the “Blue Skies Over Charleston” premium arrangement and it was gorgeous. They sent me a picture of the actual arrangement they made, told me when it was out for delivery & sent me confirmation that it was delivered to the recipient. 5 star experience & I would be happy to order through them again. I found them to be a little pricier than other florists in the area but they are 100% worth the extra cost.

The arrangement was delivered on time and was beautiful, however, not all the names that we needed on the FROM: card, made it onto the card. This is a very important detail and I had to call the funeral home and ask them to add it manually. I also now have to follow up with the recipient(s) and let them know who participated in the condolences.

Barbara, I looked at the order and there must have been some names cut off before I received it online. I put all the names I saw on the order on the card. I hand wrote it in duplicate. I apologize if there was a problem. You should have gotten a copy of the order when we processed it. If you ever see anything we need to update, please give us a call and we are happy to fix it.
